Home / The Edit Lighting Solutions New proportions: I.Cono receives a fresh update Recognized for its distinctive visor-shaped design, I.Cono expresses a sleek Scandinavian aesthetic. This year, the collection receives a fresh update, its angular silhouette enhanced by a slighter form and smaller proportions.Available as a floor and table lamp, I.Cono is defined by a smooth, flat base and delicate stem, which bends at an angle before meeting the gentle curve of its conical diffuser. Designed by Lievore, Altherr, Molina, the fixture’s visual refinement is enhanced by the exquisite use of superior materials, such as steel and aluminium. As a table lamp, I.Cono’s smooth surfaces conceal mechanisms for rotating the head and metal base, ideal for precision lighting while reading. The floor lamp extends to a comfortable height, its impossibly slim stem lending a sense of weightlessness that is as much visual as it is physical. As a wall light, I.Cono’s stem is cut short, instead emphasising the sculptural qualities of its shade and circular base. Angled to direct light in the desired direction, the fixture’s smooth contours and crisp curves provide a slick, urban look that is softened by a range of warm and elegant hues. The updated collection incorporates five finishes from Vibia’s Chromatic range. Black Grey lends a classic look, while a neutral White and warm Beige provide the versatility to suit a range of styles, lending a natural serenity to a space. Terra Red and Blue offer a rich yet subtle alternative. Adding a touch of personality, they promise not to overpower a space, instead maintaining an atmosphere of comfort and wellbeing.
