Elle se refl\u00e8te sur la pierre naturelle et accompagne le passage entre int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur. Le bois clair, le bassin et la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation environnante composent un d\u00e9cor tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9 de l&rsquo;image traditionnelle d&rsquo;un \u00e9tablissement de sant\u00e9. Dans ce cadre, plus proche d&rsquo;un lieu de retraite et de ressourcement, l&rsquo;architecture, la lumi\u00e8re et le paysage invitent \u00e0 s\u2019extraire du quotidien, \u00e0 marquer une pause et, surtout, \u00e0 prendre soin de soi.<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Inaugur\u00e9e en 2018, la Casa del Silencio est une extension de la clinique principale. Elle s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;institution fond\u00e9e par le Dr Otto Buchinger, connue pour son approche associant je\u00fbne th\u00e9rapeutique et m\u00e9decine int\u00e9grative dans le cadre d\u2019une prise en charge globale. Cette philosophie consid\u00e8re la convalescence non comme une parenth\u00e8se dans le cours de la vie quotidienne, mais comme l\u2019occasion de prendre du recul et de renouer avec un rythme plus apais\u00e9. Loin des codes habituels de l&rsquo;architecture des centres hospitaliers, elle trouve ici son expression dans des volumes g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, des mat\u00e9riaux naturels et une organisation des espaces pens\u00e9e pour favoriser la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, l\u2019harmonie et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p>Ouverte sur le paysage, la galerie aux proportions g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses fait la part belle aux jeux d\u2019ombre, dans un dialogue permanent avec l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Les grandes baies et les arcades encadrent les vues sur le jardin et le bassin, tandis que la lumi\u00e8re naturelle \u00e9volue au fil de la journ\u00e9e. Cette continuit\u00e9 entre architecture, paysage et lumi\u00e8re se retrouve dans le traitement de l\u2019\u00e9clairage, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 avec discr\u00e9tion \u00e0 l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re paisible des lieux. Au c\u0153ur de la galerie, une longue table en bois install\u00e9e au bord de l&rsquo;eau et tourn\u00e9e vers la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation concentre une grande partie de la vie du lieu, constituant un point de rencontre et de partage.
